The distinctive Marco Polo is a classic, 800-passenger ocean liner with a wide range of public facilities onboard. Operating as an adults-only ship, the passengers of Marco Polo can enjoy a kids-free sailing. The ship will accept teenagers who are 16 years old or above at the time of sailing, but they must be accompanied by an adult. The Waldorf Restaurant offers a traditional dining option, while more casual diners may enjoy the stylish Marco’s Bistro. The ship is filled with elegant bars and lounges, such as the Captain’s Club, a popular spot for pre-dinner drinks with the resident pianist. Seventy percent of staterooms on the Marco Polo offer an ocean view, and the Jade Wellness Center offers beauty treatments, massage facilities, and a first-class fitness and exercise center. In addition to three onboard whirlpools, the Marco Polo offers an outdoor swimming pool, a full walk around promenade on Amundsen Deck, an Internet café, a card room and well-stocked library. The well-appointed Pool Deck offers al fresco dining and the Scotts Bar is an ideal place to gather late into the evening.
Marco Polo is dedicated to adults and therefore does not carry children or teenagers under the age of 16.
