Italian for "poetry," the MSC Poesia is a sister ship to the Musica and Orchestra. Like them, it offers more than 236,800 square feet of public space and balconies in 80% of outside staterooms. As guests step aboard they will immediately notice elegant and unique interior designs in the central foyer, including a piano suspended above a transparent crystal floor and a magnificent waterfall cascading over three decks. The 13,000-square-foot spa provides several ways to relax with a chromo-therapeutic hydro massage, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi. Enjoy a show in the theater, a movie in the cinema or try your luck in the ship’s casino. Passengers can choose from a variety of dining options, including a self-service pizza grill, a sushi bar and a Mediterranean-themed specialty restaurant with a menu that changes daily according to the port of call. Stateroom amenities include interactive televisions, telephone, mini-bar, room safe, radio, Internet connection for laptop PC and 24-hour room service.
MSC Cruises will automatically add $8.00-$12.50 per day, per guest to your onboard account (depending on the region and the length of the cruise). These amounts cannot be adjusted onboard. A 15% tip is added to all beverage orders. The service charge for children between the ages of 2 and 11 will be 50% less than adult fees, and no charge is added for children under the age of 2.
Onboard Currency Notes
