Built with Italian style in mind, the MSC Opera upholds MSC’s high standards of service and comfort. Staterooms are roomy and comfortable, and public areas are fashionably decorated with a touch of opulence. The dramatic use of windows throughout creates a nice, open feel and spectacular views. Daytime activities are plentiful, and nighttime recreation is laid-back, yet always entertaining. Health-conscious passengers will enjoy the state-of-the-art fitness center and jogging track, and kids will have fun on the mini-golf course and in the Children’s Club. There's also a full-service spa and salon, two swimming pools and two whirlpools. After dinner, take in a show, try your luck at the casino or dance the night away in the ship's disco. A coffee bar and ice cream bar are also found onboard, and Wi-Fi is available in certain areas of the ship. All staterooms have satellite TV, mini-bar, room safe, radio and 24-hour room service.
MSC Cruises will automatically add $8.00-$12.50 per day, per guest to your onboard account (depending on the region and the length of the cruise). These amounts cannot be adjusted onboard. A 15% tip is added to all beverage orders. The service charge for children between the ages of 2 and 11 will be 50% less than adult fees, and no charge is added for children under the age of 2.
