This picturesque seaport is located on the narrowest part of the Oresund between Sweden and Denmark. Just north of the city is Sofiero Castle, noted for its botanical and rose gardens. Three miles south of the city is the Ramlösa Health Spa, whose natural mineral water is exported to more than 35 countries. A 20-minute ferry ride takes you across the sound to Danish Helsingor, site of Kronborg Castle of "Hamlet" fame.
