Bad Schandau, Germany

Bad Schandau is located in the heart of Saxon Switzerland, the national park that the Elbe flows through before reaching Dresden. There are canyons, caves and steep cliffs -- don't be surprised to see free-climbers. The spa resort of Rathem and the Konigstein Fortress are located along the Elbe. Bad Schandau also serves as a gateway to Prague.
